Olsen Love...

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd share with you my mass love for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Being a 90's child i grew up watching their programmes on TV, so have become a massive fan. Now being a little older, i love their fashion sense (the majority of the time), and just the way they are. My guilty pleasure is googling the twins and looking at all the amazing outfits they get to wear. Wouldn't you just kill for their wardrobes :O ..... Any who, i went on a little googling sess and decided to share a few pics of the twins that i am most fond of...

I love the twins "shabby-chic" look. Their outfits look like they were just thrown together but yet work perfectly! What i also love about the twins is the fact their day outfits are very wearable for the average Jo, Derek, Dave or whatever you may wish to call yourself.

I am also a massive fan of the way the twins wear their makeup. The smokey smudgy eye works so perfectly. (such love for the makeup look on the last pic!!! <3 )

What do you lot think of the Olsen twins? Do you love their fashion sense? If not who's your fashion icon/icons?
Much Love,
Em xxxx

Work Style...

Hi guys,

So, I've finally managed to get a job!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! It has taken me around a year to actually manage to get one, but now i am going through the crisis of what to wear. It's an office type job so only smart clothes are deemed appropriate, although i don't want to look to over dressed. I have been searching the web for work "street style" and here are a few piccies that i found...

I'm beginning to think i need to buy a pair of smart office friendly loafers and possibly a couple of big cosy cardigans for when the harsh British Winter is in full swing. I best get saving because they aren't cheap!

Much Love,

Get Decorative...

Hi guys,

I am an absolute fan of the YouTube beauty... (anyone recite the "be-a-u-tiful" from Bruce all mighty to spell that word???) ...gurus on YouTube. I think they are all so amazing and absolutely brilliant at what they do, and the tips i have picked up in the last year or so since I've been watching them have really worked! Anyway, back on track, recently i was watching Barbara; the Persian Babe, do a room tour video. She had a wall full of photos from magazines that she liked, photos of her and her friends and sayings and slogans that she liked. It got me thinking about my own room. Unfortunately my parents won't allow me to stick things on my walls because we are trying to sell our house but what i did decide to do instead because i loved the whole picture wall thing so much, was to stick things i like on the inside of my wardrobe doors. I went through old photos, and magazines and cut things out i liked ready to stick on my wardrobe. I stuck them all on with blue tack so they can easily be removed and replaced.

Anyways, i took some photos for you, hoping that it might inspire some of you to do the same. I now can't go into my wardrobe without smiling at all the silly pictures i have stuck up of me and my friends, you know the type of pictures you don't want to stick in a frame but you still love???? Yeah, that sort :) Hope you enjoy checking out my handy work ....

Much Love,
Em xxxx

Close Ups
Look at the far bottom left. That's me and comedian Alun Cochrane doing the "squishy face", google him, he's an absolute legend!

Holiday!....

Hello People,

I got back from my holiday in Spain 2 weeks ago now. I have been really busy so i haven't been able to upload a post. But now i have a bit of time on my hands so will hopefully be doing a few more, although the weather here in England is absolutely awful for taking photos, but i shall try my best to take some half decent ones..... Here are so general photos of my holiday...

As you can see i had an absolutely amazing time in sunny Spain, but i am now suffering from the holiday blues : / Wish i could go back! The awful British weather is not helping... Plus i think my tan dramatically slid off as soon as i exited the plane on landing. Well here's to looking froward to next year i spose, unless i can somehow manage to find a job in the current climate and squeeze in a cheeky trip abroad.

Any of you of on hols soon or suffering from the holiday blues like me?

Much love,
