Nails, Wonderful Nails...

Hi guys,

I'm off to Spain for the week this Saturday.... YAY! Cannot wait! I need to paint my finger nails and toe nails but im unsure which colour to chose, so i thought i'd post pics of my polishes on here and see if i get any replys. So here are my brightly coloured nail polishes...

Reds and Pinks...

Hope you can leave some feedback on which nail polishes you think i should wear for my holiday next week, this could include combinations of glitter and colour polishes, two different colours fro toes and nails or a single colour you think would stand out. Holiday Haul!...

Hi everyone,

I went shopping with my mum on Monday in central Bristol for a bit of holiday shopping seeing as we are going to Spain in 2 weeks and have been meaning to do a bit of a shopping trip for AGES!! The majority of the things we bought were from primark. Cheap and easy! Also I think that Primark have upped their game a bit this season and have some really nice things in store. Shame i don't have more money to splurge : / So here's a little look at what we bought...

Orange feather earrings: Primark, £2

It's nice to see all the bright colours in the shops seeing as here in Bristol it has been awful weather for the last few weeks. We had about 2 weeks worth of lovely hot weather and now it's back to the constant rain we usually have this time of year. Come on England, get it together, i need shorts weather!! Weather rant over with, hope you've enjoyed looking at what i've bought.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamerican Apparel!

Hi People, 

As i said in my previous post i've been absolutly in love with shorts at the moment, with summer on its way and all that jazz. So i have been on the quest for the perfect shorts. I stumbled across these ones from American Apparel...

They are priced at £44 on the American Apparel website. Pricey i know, but American Apparel have always been. So seeing as i had a little money in my bank and a friend of mine actually has a pair of these shorts i thought i'd do what i'd never done before and splash out.

They were delivered two days ago and as soon as they came i rushed up into my room to try them on. THEY ARE AMMMMMMMAAAZZINNG!! I always have the problem of gaping (not sure thats spelt right :S) around my lower back with shorts and trousers, but this doesn't happen with these as they are a nice snug fit and contain elastane, so are slightly stretchy.

I was so pleased with these shorts i took to Ebay (so not to completly break my bank balance) to try find some more of these shorts (or similar). I luckily came across these two pairs, which someone was selling at just £10 each, buy it now price when the RRP is £30! They had never been worn either!

How gorgeous are they! They fit amazingly aswell! Lovely fitted pair of shorts. I think i'd need a size down in this style as the ebay listing was for two pairs of 25" shorts, and i'm normally a 24" but the elastic at the back seems to cover up the minor sizing issue up.

The DownSide...

I have read a few of the reviews of both styles of shorts on the American Apparel website and i'm slightly worried about the "when washed" issue that has been debated. Several of the reviews have commented on it and said that when washed these shorts either shrink slightly, or, lose their shape. This worries me. These shorts are amazing and i don't want them to change in shape atall. I'm thinking about hand washing. This is the dire straits i will go through to find, and keep, the best fitting shorts! What do you think i should do? Should i risk it?...

Overall i am very happy with the shorts so far, they are brilliantly comfortable and i will definitly get alot of use out of them this summer! I may post a couple outfits of the day featured the three pairs of shorts so look out for that..

We Like Short Shorts...

Hi,

Seeing as it's June now, and pretty much summer time i have absolutly been loving shorts right now! I thought i'd share with you my love for the shorts in the shops right now. I really love the bright and patterned combination on a pair of statement shorts. I think it looks so summery! <3

So here are a few pictures of shorts i am really into right now...

All above shorts are from Topshop. I have bought 3 pairs of shorts from American Apparel and recieved one and just waiting for the other two pairs to come through. As soon as they do I'll post a picture of them all and do a bit of a review on them.

Double Denim Time...

Hi,

I went shopping last week and thought I'd take a picture of what i wore. Finally decided to brave it and rock the double denim trend which I think can tend to look a little dated but hay-ho, I attempted it anyway. Wasn't the best idea to wear a tied shirt though seeing as I was in and out of the changing rooms like a yo yo. Maybe next time I'll chose a more practical shopping outfit. What does everyone else tend to wear while shopping?
